Venue and logistics

The workshop will be held at the Research Dissemination Center of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTh) on 3is Septemvriou str. The exact location can be found here: https://maps.app.goo.gl/Y1BtuSY2DGN3m1sc6

The venue is located at the south-east rim of the AUTh Campus and is within walking distance (about 30 min) from the city center. It can also be reached by public transportation: Metro (station “Panepistimio”) that runs across Egnatia srt. and several bus-lines (01Ν, 1Ν, 01Χ, 02Κ, 14 , 32Ν, 17, 24, 37, 58A, 14Α, 27, 28, 83, 83Α, 83Β. The auditorium (Hall II) is located in floor -1 of the main building.

The poster sessions will be held on the same floor with the auditorium.

Guest Wi-Fi Access at AUTh
Visitors at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTh) can obtain a GuestPass account for free Wi-Fi access during registration. Note that your passport number will be recorded.

Eduroam Access for Academic Visitors
Visitors from institutions that participate in the eduroam network do not need a GuestPass account. They can connect to the AUTh’s eduroam Wi-Fi following the access instructions provided by their home institution.
